Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or our service are not intended to collect data about website visitors aged 16 and under without the permission of their parents or guardians. However, we cannot check whether visitors are over 16 or not. We recommend that parents check their children's online activities to prevent collection of data about children without parental permission. If you believe that we have collected information about a minor without that permission, contact us at info@almoproducts.nl so that we can delete that information.
The purpose and legal grounds for which we process personal data
ALMO Products processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- To call or email you if necessary to carry out our services.
- To inform you about changes in our services and products.
The legal grounds "Permission from data subject" and "Promotion of legitimate interests" apply to this.

ALMO Products does not take decisions about matters that can have (significant) consequences for persons based on automated processing. These are decisions taken by computer software or systems without human intervention (e.g., an ALMO Products employee).
Retention period
ALMO Products does not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data are collected. We apply the statutory retention periods for personal data.
Sharing personal data with third parties
ALMO Products does not sell your data to third parties and only provides these data if necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to meet a statutory obligation. We conclude a processor agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.
Cookies or similar tools that we use
ALMO Products does not use any technical, functional or analytical cookies that violate your privacy. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in your computer, tablet or smartphone when you visit this website for the first time.
Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube
This site may contain buttons to promote pages or share them on social networks. These buttons are set on the basis of a code supply by Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and YouTube themselves. Newsletter
We offer a (digital) newsletter for informing interested parties about news related to our products, our services and related issues. Your email address will be added to the subscribers' list only with your explicit consent. Each newsletter contains a link with which to unsubscribe. The list of newsletter subscribers will not be provided to any third parties.
Visual material
You may appear on one of our image carriers without your specific permission. If you object to this, please let us know in writing. We will take appropriate measures.
Access to, correction and deletion of data
You have the right of access, correction and deletion of your personal data. In addition, you also have the right to withdraw any permission for data processing and to object to the processing of your personal data by ALMO Products, and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can request us to send the personal data we have on you in a computer file to you or another organisation indicated by you.
You can send the request for access, correction, deletion or portability of your personal data or your request to withdraw your permission or your objection to processing of your personal data to info@almoproducts.nl.
To ensure that this request was actually made by you, we would like you to send us a copy of your identity document along with the request. In this copy, please black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the numbers at the bottom), passport number and citizen's service number (BSN) to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks at the latest.
ALMO Products would also like to point out that you have the option of filing a complaint with the national regulatory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Protection of your personal data
ALMO Products takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, undesired disclosure and unlawful changes. If you believe that your data are not properly protected or if there are indications of misuse, please contact us.
